Transfers to Regulatory Authorities

Retention and disclosure of information

After closing each account, we retain your personal data for a period of at least 5 years from the date of the last transaction, in accordance with the Betting Law, tax obligations and record keeping obligations. The personal data will be kept for a period of at least five (5) years from the date of the last transaction and any of the data relating to the account may not be destroyed unless the period of five (5) years has passed and the approval of the Authority has been secured beforehand (Article 57).


More specifically:
